2.6 Insurance: We provide free protective measures (blankets, padding) for items you request to be covered.

2.7 Behavior: Verbal abuse or disrespect toward any Company representative will not be tolerated.

3. During the Move

3.1 Safety and Conduct: Clients must not physically or verbally abuse movers.

3.2 Job Conditions: If moving items from locations with hazards (e.g., bed bugs, unclean conditions), notify us beforehand. This ensures we can assign willing movers and provide protective equipment.

3.3 Assistance Restrictions: Clients may not assist with lifting heavy or large furniture due to insurance and liability coverage. You may assist with smaller items like boxes and bags.

4. Post-Move

4.1 Records: The Company maintains permanent records of all services, receipts, and agreements.

4.2 Adjustments: Clients must not modify receipts or service agreements. For discrepancies or changes, contact Client Care for assistance.

5. Employment

5.1 Employees are provided with legally binding employment contracts.

5.2 Employees are required to comply fully with the terms of their contracts.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 The Company is not liable for damages arising from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by clients.

6.2 The Company is not liable for injuries sustained by clients who violate our safety policies during moves.

6.3 Our liability for loss or damage to property is limited to items specifically protected with our insurance/blankets, as outlined in the service agreement.
